Layn Developments are looking of for a Maintenance/Project Co-Ordinator to join their team. Layn Developments carry out Reactive/Planned Maintenance and Projects for Commercial Clients across the UK.
This is a busy, office-based role suited to someone highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining accurate records across internal systems, ensuring all activity and progress is logged correctly
* Acting as a first point of contact for customer requests, monitoring issues through to resolution
* Coordinating external resources and workloads to ensure agreed timescales are met
* Providing administrative support to project teams, including costings, supplier orders, and documentation
* Supporting with quotes and subcontractor orders
* Preparing information ahead of site visits and ensuring all relevant permissions and paperwork are in place
Skills & Experience Required:
* Strong IT skills, with confidence using CRM systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
* Excellent administration skills with strong attention to detail
* Proven customer service experience with clear and professional communication skills
* Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
* A proactive and reliable approach with a willingness to support wider team
