Senior Service Lead
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Salary: £36,153 to £37,609 per annum
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: Fixed term contract for 6 months
Additional Requirement: Applicants must have a full licence (2 years) and access to a vehicle.

What will a day in the life of a Senior Service Lead involve? Coaching teams to deliver personalised, holistic support that builds resilience and independence.
Overseeing safe, outcome-focused interventions and reviewing complex casework.
Building strategic relationships with health, social care, and voluntary sector partners.
Analysing service data and feedback to drive improvements and inform future commissioning.
To be a successful Senior Service Lead, what will you need? Strong knowledge of the health and social care system and experience managing dispersed teams.
Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for quality improvement.
Emotional intelligence, resilience, and a commitment to inclusive practice.
