About The Role

We are seeking a commercially focused and highly credible Change Management Lead to design, deliver, and oversee impactful change initiatives across our organisation in support of the evolution of our organisation. This role is pivotal in guiding employees and teams through transitions while fostering resilience, agility, engagement and high performance. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, supporting stakeholders and teams to embrace, adopt, and sustain change including organisational design, embracing new technologies, new ways of working, and more.
* Develop and Implement Change Strategies: Design tailored change management plans aligned with organisational goals and employee needs.
* Lead Change Activities: Create and deliver interactive activities/workshops that build knowledge and skills to navigate transitions effectively and sustainably.
* Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with leadership, HR, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in, value, and seamless execution of change initiatives.
* Communicate Effectively: Serve as the primary advisor for change management, contributing to clear, tailored communications that inform, engage, and inspire employees at all levels and points of the change journey.
* Monitor and Adapt: Track the progress of initiatives, evaluate outcomes, and refine strategies to ensure success.
* Coach and Support: Provide guidance and mentorship to managers and employees, helping them navigate the change process confidently.
* Develop Skills: Empower HR team members with change management expertise, embedding sustainable practices into transformation efforts.
* Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify potential risks and implement strategies to address them.
* Balance Priorities: Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring smooth execution and adequate support for all teams.
About You
* Ideally you will have professional qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
* Proven experience in change management, organisational development, or a related discipline.
* Familiarity with structured Change Management methodologies and tools (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) or relevant certifications.
* Proven expertise in managing complex change initiatives and assessing organisational impact.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to align change management initiatives with commercial objectives and the broader people strategy across the organisation.
* Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders effectively.
* Exceptional communication, facilitation, and workshop delivery skills.
* Proficiency in project management with excellent planning and organisational abilities.
* Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and foster trust among diverse stakeholders.
* Passion for mentoring and developing teams to sustain high performance.
* Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles to achieve maximum engagement and impact.
* Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and ability to evaluate the impact of activities.
