Mobile Optometrists are crucial in delivering exceptional eye care services tailored to each patient's unique needs. Driven by a passion for personalized care and the latest technological advancements, you will play a pivotal role in our client's mission of improving lives through better sight and hearing.
This role is perfect for an inspiring, adaptable, and experienced optometrist, ready to work flexibly across various locations within their network. You should have a keen interest in new technologies and innovative practices and be eager to support the recruitment and onboarding of new colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive sight tests and eye exams
- Provide a range of clinical services including emergency eye care, paediatric care, and myopia management
- Tailor recommendations to address each patient€s needs and preferences
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, including adherence to GOC standards
- Work in a mobile clinical capacity across various locations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and monitor performance
- Ensure all clinical equipment is maintained and in good working order
