Salary: £74,800 - £110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor engineers in the core Azure Cloud Platform (ACP) team
2. Deliver and manage the platform backlog, including:
Security compliance and policy updates
Development and improvement of accelerators
Evergreen maintenance and tech debt remediation
Monitoring, alerting, and FinOps tagging
3. Collaborate with product teams to support CI/CD pipeline implementation
4. Ensure infrastructure aligns with service expectations and security standards
5. Oversee release planning and configuration management
6. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and innovation
7. Support testing strategies, both manual and automated
8. Provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle
9. Promote a culture of accountability, customer-centricity, and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
10. Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and cloud-native technologies
11. Proven experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD pipelines
12. Familiarity with configuration and release management tools
13. Experience with monitoring, alerting, and cost optimisation in cloud environments
14. Ability to lead and mentor technical teams
15. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
16. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
17. A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
18. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
19. Knowledge of SFIA Level 4–5 competencies is a plus
