Cover Supervisor – Supply (Leeds, West Yorkshire)

Salary: £90 – £120 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
Are you passionate about education and looking for a flexible role that makes a difference? We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join our team, providing essential support to secondary schools across Leeds. This role involves supervising pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment for students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-set lessons across various subjects, maintaining student engagement.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* ✏️ Support students in completing their work and address any questions.
* Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and behaviour.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at Grade C or above.
* Previous experience working with children or young adults is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Strong behaviour management skills and a passion for education.
* ️ Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
