Required Skills Financial Services Office Management Job Summary Are you an experienced and highly organised Office or Practice Manager with a background in financial services? We’re looking for a confident leader to take ownership of day-to-day operations within a high-performing, client-focused business. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the smooth running of the office, manage a collaborative Client Services team, ensure compliance with FCA and GDPR standards, and support Advisers to deliver exceptional client outcomes. You'll also play a key role in enhancing our practice management systems and driving continuous improvement.
