We are approaching our first year in business and are starting to gain momentum. As a result, we are looking to bring in our first trainees into the business, specifically to work within our division focusing on VC-backed AI startups and scale-ups, where we have strong traction and a busy pipeline.
Our business is divided into business development, account management, and delivery. Although part of your role will involve talking to candidates, most of your responsibilities will be client-focused, including winning new business and developing existing accounts. You will be supported by our fantastic team in Cape Town when sourcing new talent for clients.
We are looking for individuals with strong relationship-building skills, influencing skills, tenacity, and resilience. Comfort with using the phone and in-person meetings is essential, as there will be an expectation to be on-site with customers and attend industry events and meetups.
Ideally, you will be a graduate with some sales experience or a proven track record of success in a professional sales environment. Our clients operate in a fast-paced environment, so you must be adaptable, able to juggle multiple processes quickly, and work with urgency.

Our office is located in central Guildford, just a 5-minute walk from the station, easily accessible by public transport or car. We expect employees to be in the office at least three days a week (Monday & Friday), with full-time presence during probation for training and team integration to maximize your success.
