An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Store Operations Manager to lead a high-profile retail store in Central London. This key role combines day-to-day retail leadership with strategic operational oversight, offering the chance to drive performance and shape customer experience in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of store operations, team leadership, and customer engagement.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead the store team to deliver strong sales performance and an excellent customer experience
* Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development to store staff
* Manage staffing schedules, costs, and store compliance to ensure efficient operations
* Oversee inventory accuracy, stock levels, and loss prevention measures
* Collaborate with wider teams to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
* Ensure store visuals and merchandising reflect current priorities and seasonal focuses
* Collect and utilise customer data in line with regulations to inform in-store strategies
* Support a positive store culture and contribute to brand-led community engagement initiatives
Requirements
* 5 years’ experience in a senior store or operations retail position
* Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
* Strong organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
* A natural leader with a hands-on, can-do approach to problem solving and customer engagement
* Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as part of a monthly rota
