You’ll be paid a salary of up to £28,000 per annum. Provide accurate and efficient general administrative support to HR and Finance team
* Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files ensuring legal compliance
* Process documentation, handle correspondence, draft HR letters and emails - act as point of contact for staff queries
* Raise purchase orders (Oracle), ensuring allocated correctly for account, liaise with suppliers and accounts payable teams and ensure site consumable orders are placed
* Undertake daily/weekly checks and reports on T&A system (WFD UKG), raising any discrepancies
* Conduct weekly agency payroll checks and raise any discrepancies with agency contacts, complete agency weekly breakdown reports and site costings sheet
* Support HR Advisor with recruitment and onboarding
* Support with site engagement activities
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven experience within an Administrative role, ideally within a HR or Finance environment
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining accuracy
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
* Excellent communicator, able to engage others and build long term relationships
