🔍 The Role:
You’ll be advising clients across the full spectrum of financial restructuring transactions, including:
* Liability management and amend-and-extend transactions
* Distressed refinancings and rescue financings
* Consensual restructurings and equitisation strategies
* High-stakes NAV facilities, super senior structures, and intercreditor negotiations
* Acting for creditor groups, PE sponsors, and distressed investors on value-maximising restructurings of complex capital stacks
* Close collaboration with private capital, leveraged finance, and special situations teams
Expect to be deeply embedded with clients — structuring and executing bespoke solutions on the most challenging balance sheet situations across Europe and beyond.
