Court of Protection Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE)
Nottingham | Hybrid (2–3 Days a Month in Office)
Are you a newly qualified up to 5 PQE solicitor with experience in Court of Protection or Private Client work? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading national law firm in Nottingham, offering high-quality work, genuine flexibility, and excellent career progression.
This role would suit someone with a background in Court of Protection, or a Private Client Solicitor with experience in wills, probate, trusts, or lasting powers of attorney who is looking to specialise further.
The Role:
You’ll manage a varied caseload of high-value and complex Court of Protection matters, including property and affairs work, while also supporting on more technical cases such as statutory wills and trust-related applications.
There is also the opportunity to take on responsibility within a small team, including mentoring and supporting junior colleagues as you progress.
