Salary H -£40,777 (level 1) rising to £44,075 (level 4), per annum ( Pay Award Pending plus a generous benefits package including a local government pension scheme, annual leave, and flexible working arrangements.

About The Role
We are looking for a capable and motivated officer with relevant experience in asbestos management, housing or property services, building safety, health and safety, or a related technical or compliance-based role, who can operate confidently in a regulated and safety-critical environment. Applicants may come from a range of backgrounds, including local authority or housing providers, asbestos consultancy, surveying, construction, or property management. Candidates must hold a recognised asbestos surveying qualification and be able to demonstrate the practical application of asbestos knowledge in a work setting. Ongoing training and professional development will be supported.
