We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to work with secondary students requiring additional emotional and behavioural support.
Your Role
Provide 1:1 mentoring and classroom support
Support students with emotional regulation and coping strategies
Assist with behaviour management and restorative approaches
Help students build confidence and re:engage with learning
What Were Looking For
Experience with secondary SEMH learners
Strong communication skills
Patient, consistent and empathetic approach
Enhanced DBS (required)
