Overview
As a system administrator you are an ambassador of all systems relating to Payroll & HR. You help to educate others on payroll process and on functionality capabilities of all systems. You guarantee an effective and efficient service by maintaining integrations support for payroll processing. System Integration & Maintenance -
Responsibilities
* Securing data integration between Payroll and HR systems
* Escalating issues & communicating updates between relevant internal and external stakeholders
* Regularly conduct data reviews with the systems providers, working with relevant internal and external stakeholders to act on inaccuracies
* Creating internal systems guidance for relevant stakeholders
* Creating system process documentation where necessary
* Conducting necessary works and support with data archiving
* Taking responsibility for incidents that arise from payroll side to improve system behaviour
* Responsible for Payroll KPIs reporting and analyses
* Support on Success Factors and WF1
* Support SF inbox and full ownership of processes during CSU absence
* Support WF1 and full ownership of processes during CSU absence
* Reporting Incidents with the SF Global Support team via Service Now portal
* Follow up on pending incidents in Service Now Portal
* Support for Payroll with an expert SF & WF1 knowledge including training & process documentation
* Reporting - Create and maintain reports from Success Factors, Workforce One & Zalaris
* Share reports with relevant Payroll, HR & Controlling stakeholders
* Provide analytics data from the various systems for HR, Payroll and Controlling functions
* Supporting with legislative reporting requirements (including but not limited to FTE, GPG, Average headcount etc)
* Securing GDPR & internal information security compliance for all reports
Qualifications
* Experience working with SAP and integrated applications
* Strong analytical skills
* Advanced excel skills & strong working knowledge of Power Bi tool
* Excellent customer service skills
* Solution focused and clear communicator with a can-do attitude
* Self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a continuous improvement mindset
* Ability to handle data for confidentiality purposes to ensure compliance to Data Protection Act

Who you’ll work with
In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the successful expansion of the business. You will be based in the Payroll team and work closely with HR and Controlling teams, providing key insights and recommendations. This is a temporary position for 12 months. The position is based in our Support Office in London and reports to Payroll Manager.
