Rural Surveyor Inverness | Travel across Scotland as required The Opportunity A leading property consultancy with a strong track record in rural land, estates, and valuation work is looking for a Senior Rural Surveyor to join their Inverness office. This role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of rural assets and projects across Scotland, with particular emphasis on valuations, rural sales, and professional advisory work. The Role You’ll be involved in: Delivering professional advice across all areas of rural property, including valuation, consultancy, sales, and management. Advising clients on land use, estate strategy, diversification, and rural transactions. Undertaking valuations for a broad range of purposes – from sales and lettings through to secured lending, taxation, and succession planning. Supporting clients with matters such as planning, access agreements, wayleaves, sporting rights, and wider estate projects. About You MRICS qualified, ideally a RICS Registered Valuer. Membership of CAAV would be an advantage. Commercially aware, motivated, and confident in building strong relationships with clients. A self-starter who enjoys working both independently and as part of a wider rural team. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to the travel involved.
