The client is a fast-growing, ethical FMCG business offering a remote role with 1-2 days per month in their Chertsey office. They are passionate about innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement, providing an exciting environment for professional growth.


Job Description

The key responsibilities for the role of Credit Control Supervisor (REMOTE) include:

* Manage and analyse customer accounts to ensure timely payments and identify potential credit risks.
* Lead the credit control function, including supervising and developing one direct report.
* Forecast cash flow and support month-end reporting with aged debt analysis and commentary.
* Oversee credit management, including credit insurance and onboarding new clients.
* Drive process improvements across the credit control function and collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams.


The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Control Supervisor (REMOTE) should have:

* Previous experience in credit control or accounting within the FMCG industry.
* A strong understanding of accounting principles and credit management processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
* Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
* A proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve targets.
