Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
* Managing in-house Competency Assessment tools, including creating/modifying competency models, managing user accounts and providing user support to employees and their people leaders.
* Assist in analysing engineering competency data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Python, Tableau, and PowerPoint to visualise key metrics and performance indicators.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
* Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership to communicate findings and recommendations.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
* Excellent proficiency in Excel, Python, and Tableau.
* Solid understanding of data analysis concepts and techniques.
* Experience with PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
* Great attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
