I am seeking a strong Administrator with a can-do attitude to become the heart of the office for a specialist supply and service company. Working closely with the company owner, you will become the go to person in the office for a variety of tasks. Duties will include:
* Supporting 4 Engineers including:
o Managing diary
o Ordering parts
o Assisting with breakdowns
o Processing documentation
* Finance duties including:
o Raising 30 invoices on Xero each month
o Matching invoices/remittances
o Monitoring outstanding payments and contacting clients for resolution
* Office Admin duties including:
o Answering incoming calls from non-contract clients
o Updating CRM system with client notes
o Sending quotes
o Booking call outs
o Ordering office supplies
