Medical Secretary
The post holder will work alongside the Medical Secretaries in our Department of Dermatology at ARI to provide secretarial and administrative support to a team of 10 Consultants and their medical and nursing staff.
Responsibilities
* Provide secretarial and administrative support to the consulting team and support staff.
* Perform PA work and ensure the patient pathway is followed and completed.
* Execute audio typing and other administrative tasks with speed and accuracy.
* Assist with patient scheduling, record keeping and basic administrative duties.
Qualifications
* Previous secretarial or administrative experience.
* Excellent, fast audio typing skills; touching typing is required.
* Experience as a PA with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Detail oriented with the ability to work independently in a busy environment.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
