You’ve scaled teams before. Built structure, shaped partner-led GTM approaches, and carried meaningful revenue responsibility yourself. You’re comfortable leading from the front, developing people while still staying close to the deals that matter.

What matters now is ownership and trajectory. The chance to shape how a world-first Software as a Medical Device product scales commercially, work directly with the CEO and Founder, and build the foundations for long-term growth. You want clinically credible technology, real influence over strategy, and a path that leads toward a CRO position.

This Sales Manager position gives you that platform. You’ll take responsibility for building the sales team, refining processes, and driving revenue as the business scales towards exit. With a clear progression path to CRO for the right person, it’s a role that’s perfect for someone who wants to make impact now and have a defined next step ahead.

What will your day to day look like?

This is a true player-coach role. You’ll be setting the global sales and GTM strategy alongside managing, growing, and coaching the sales team. Here’s just some of what you’ll be doing:

* Developing and leading on the global sales strategy for the business
* Delivering on, expanding, and improving the GTM strategy
* Owning and driving lead and demand generation
* Closing high-value strategic deals and forming long-term partnerships
* Developing sales playbooks and processes for the business
* Driving best practice and instilling rigor into sales processes
* Leading, coaching and mentoring the sales team to achieve high performance
* Managing sales team recruitment and incentivisation
* Setting and tracking sales metrics

This role reports directly into the CEO of the business. And there’s plenty of opportunity to really make your mark as the business grows and scales for the future.

This role will suit you if you…

* Have at least 3+ years’ experience in a senior commercial role
* Have made a significant individual contribution to revenue generation
* Know how to close complex, high-value B2B deals
* Understand partner-led or platform-based GTM models
* Can scale both sales and marketing capabilities
* Know how to create a high-performing sales team
* Can operate as a leader and a hands-on deal maker
* Really understand the healthcare, insurance, or AI-tech landscape
