At Cookes Furniture, we’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior Marketing Administrator to support our team with day-today administrative and digital tasks.
You will play a key part in keeping digital content sharp, customer information accurate and campaigns moving smoothly. It’s a role where your detail-driven approach directly improves how customers experience a longstanding, well-respected retailer.

What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Junior Marketing Administrator
Updating website content, uploading images, and making sure product information stays accurate and consistent
Keeping the clearance section current so customers always see correct prices and availability
Managing prize-draw processes, including selecting and contacting winners
Liaising with external partners to book advertising and ensuring documentation is kept up to date
Supporting campaign activity by coordinating marketing materials and general admin tasks
Assisting customers over the phone, handling queries and payments in line with company procedures
What you’ll bring to the table as a Junior Marketing Administrator
Previous experience working accurately with digital or administrative content
Confidence using general office software and learning simple image-editing tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills for supplier and customer interactions
The ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
