About the role:
Based in Greater London (REMOTE):
1. Overall responsibility for the Oracle Fusion support team of 8 staff covering first and second line support activities and requests
2. Leading on the quarterly updates ensuring effective planning, engagement, and testing
3. Management of third parties, especially Croydon's Oracle service delivery partner and Oracle - including raising and escalation of tickets for 3rd line support
4. Stakeholder engagement and comms
5. Oversight of systems usage (access control, licensing, audit monitoring)

11. Salary: £450+ per day, Inside IR35
