Business manager – private dental practice
We are looking for a commercially driven Business Manager to help lead the next phase of growth at JivaDental. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who is motivated by performance, targets and building a successful private practice.
This role is diverse from a traditional Practice Manager. Day-to-day operational management and treatment coordination will be the focus of an experienced senior team member. Your emphasis will be on growth, performance, and business development.

The role
Working closely with the Principal, you will take ownership of the commercial and financial performance of the practice. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the development and delivery of the strategic business plan
* Monitoring business performance, financial targets and KPIs
* Driving growth in new patient enquiries, consultations and treatment conversion
* Analysing clinician productivity, treatment mix and profitability
* Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve efficiency
* Leading marketing and business development activity in collaboration with external agencies
* Monitoring and optimising ROI from marketing
* Supporting the team to improve patient journey and experience
* Implementing systems and processes that support growth and scalability
* Producing regular performance reports and recommendations
* Supporting financial administration, budgeting and cost control

About you
You:
* Have a strong track record of driving growth in a dental, healthcare or premium service environment
* Are commercially minded and confident working with data and KPIs
* Are comfortable setting targets and holding yourself and others accountable
* Have experience in sales, treatment coordination or patient journey optimisation
* Understand marketing, brand development and patient acquisition
* Are proactive, organised and results focused
* Enjoy working closely with a team and developing people
* Have excellent communication and influencing skills
* Are ambitious and motivated by performance and continuous improvement
Experience in private dentistry is highly desirable, but candidates from other high-value healthcare or premium customer service sectors will also be considered.

Salary
Starting salary £38,000 with generous performance-based bonus.
