Recruitment Consultant Cambridge - Property and Surveying £26,437 - £37,670 uncapped commission We are seeking a sales-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Cambridge office! As a Recruitment Consultant, your primary focus will be to develop and nurture relationships with organisations across Cambridgeshire. You will be conducting business development (sales calls) to engage recruitment teams, directors, line managers, and other key stakeholders. You'll be responsible for recruiting the best and most experienced candidates across: Property and Surveying - roles such as Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Valuation Surveyors and Management Surveyors. Your new role Making cold calls and sales calls to prospective clients to sell our services within Property and Surveying or Procurement. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with organisations and key decision makers. Actively engaging with face-to-face meetings with hiring managers Sourcing, screening and recruiting top-tier candidates for roles Working to daily targets and KPIs to achieve your monetary goals and contribute to the growth and profitability of Hays.
