Rank recognises that Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are fundamental to the success and future growth of our business. We are looking for a true visionary who can deliver the AI strategy and roadmap across our business units, supporting them to improve efficiency, realise new opportunities, and embed AI in a governed and ethical way.
This is not a technical role requiring hands-on coding, but rather a strong delivery-focused leader capable of guiding the business on the AI journey. You will utilise Rank’s Data, Analytics, Data Science, and Technology teams and/or third-party suppliers to deliver meaningful change within the organisation.
As an AI delivery specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Shaping the AI transformation approach
* Engaging with business stakeholders and conducting feasibility studies and impact assessments for AI projects
* Providing actionable recommendations for automation initiatives
* Recommending the best approaches and AI tools to surpass business growth needs and customer requirements
* Supporting AI governance at Rank to ensure a fit-for-purpose approach
Qualifications
To excel in this role, we’re looking for an experienced AI leader, an exceptional people person, capable of translating complex concepts into meaningful stories. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in delivering value through AI solutions.
* Exceptional experience in delivering AI solutions aligned with business needs
* Commercially savvy and a strategic thinker
* Background in innovation related to technology and strategy development
* Ability to identify business opportunities and articulate compelling business cases
* Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills and a gregarious personality to build strong relationships
* Creative thinking within governance boundaries
* Strong financial awareness with the ability to forecast and deliver within budgets
* Deep knowledge of current and emerging AI/Automation technologies and vendors
