My client is looking for a detail – orientated Architectural Technologist to join the team, to play a key role in the design, technical development and delivery of high-profile performance data centres. Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role: Produce detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation. Collaborate with the design team to develop efficient and sustainable solutions tailored to data centre requirements. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project deliverables meet quality and time expectations. Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and standards. Manage and contribute to BIM models for project coordination and delivery. Stay updated on advancements in construction technologies and sustainable practices.What We’re Looking For: Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and delivery, preferably in industrial or data centre projects. Proficient in Revit, and BIM workflows. Knowledge of data centre requirements is a strong advantage. Solid understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
