What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and refining experimental test systems using LabVIEW or similar platforms
* Integrating data acquisition hardware and sensors for real-world component testing
* Developing tools to automate data capture and post-processing
* Supporting system calibration, troubleshooting, and performance tracking
* Collaborating with design, test, and analysis teams to feed results back into development
* Managing version control, clean code practices, and documentation across test systems
What You’ll Bring
This role is suited to someone with a practical mindset, solid technical foundations, and a willingness to learn through doing. You may have gained your experience through industry or through an academic/research setting where you led or supported experimental projects.
Your experience might include:
* Designing or maintaining data acquisition systems
* Programming with LabVIEW (or equivalent) for hardware-software integration
* Working with sensors, electronics, and embedded systems
* Writing analysis tools or scripts in Python or another language
* Using Git or similar for version control and collaborative coding
* Designing and running performance tests on mechanical or electronic components
