Supply Star Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a Training Provision in Worcester who require a specialist Outreach Teaching Assistant to join their team and work on site and in the community with a young person. You will initially be required to work through Supply Star Recruitment on a probationary period, however on successful completion of this period you will be offered a permanent contract. The provision specifically support learners with Mental Health Needs and ideally would like to appoint someone with the relevant knowledge of Mental Health Needs. School based experience is desired but not essential, as the school will consider applicants from similar sectors or applicants who have relevant personal experience.
