About the Role
As a Client Principal, you will play an integral role in expanding our client base and growing the Financial Services business across the UK.
Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and passionate about technology, you will leverage your solution selling and relationship-building skills to make a meaningful impact and help organizations understand potential solutions.
You will be a key member of the UK Leadership team, helping define technology solutions to address customer problems in Financial Services aligned with team capabilities and strategy.
What you’ll do
* Develop business in Financial Services by selling consulting engagements, digital transformation, and Managed Services.
* Identify new business opportunities with potential and existing clients, proactively finding solutions to meet their needs.
* Negotiate contracts with clients.
* Analyze the market to recommend service improvements.
* Create business plans and strategies to meet revenue and margin targets.
About You
The ideal candidate should be passionate about working in a dynamic team to solve industry problems using technology and business solutions.
You should have extensive experience in business development within the technology sector, with a strong network, ideally including senior roles in leading consultancies.
You should have experience selling strategic, digital, data, analytics, or engineering solutions within Financial Services.
You demonstrate high energy, integrity, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue and relationship management goals.
You are skilled at developing peer relationships, motivating teams, and communicating complex ideas clearly.
You work collaboratively, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
You possess strong knowledge in strategy, business development, account management, marketing, sales, and digital development.
