* Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and colleagues.
* Support residents in living fulfilling and independent lives.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous
* Compassion, dedication, and genuine interest in connecting with residents and their families
* Willingness to engage in tailored courses to develop skills
