Accounts Assistant Accounts Assistant ·Office-based, permanent role - SN4 (Swindon, free parking)·Flexible Salary 25k - 30k (based on experience)·Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support our exclusive client's Finance department, within the energy sector. The role will include: Assisting with purchase and sales invoicing. Reconciling supplier statements. Responding to supplier queries, monitoring supplier accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date and resolving any overdue accounts Maintaining the company purchase, sales and general ledgers. Weekly payment runs Stock reconciliations and reporting. Credit control. Posting daily bank transactions. Assisting with payroll admin and timesheet processing. Supporting the preparation of the monthly management accounts as required.
