The HR Advisor will work collaboratively with school leaders, providing guidance on recruitment, employee relations, absence, policies, and workforce planning. Experience and Qualifications Experience working in HR at Advisor level or progressing from Officer level Strong knowledge of ER casework, HR policy, and employment law Understanding of safeguarding and safer recruitment Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills CIPD Level 5 preferred; Level 3 considered Salary Salary will be paid to scale, in line with Trust and local government pay frameworks.
