We are working in partnership with a leading UK independent multi-disciplinary engineering and built environment practice, delivering innovative, high-quality residential and commercial projects nationwide. The Role:
They are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer / Associate to join their growing civil engineering team. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to manage projects, lead teams, and engage directly with clients on exciting residential developments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver civil engineering projects, from feasibility through to construction, primarily residential schemes.
* Manage your own workload, deadlines, and resources, and support/lead project teams.
* Undertake due diligence and feasibility reviews of potential sites.
* Produce high-quality planning and technical submissions (Outline/Full planning, S38/S278/S104 approvals).
* Use drainage and 3D design software to model networks and produce designs.
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers.
* Liaise confidently with clients, third-party consultants, and local authorities.
Essential Experience & Skills:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil engineering, preferably in infrastructure.
* Proficient knowledge of UK drainage, flood risk, and local authority standards.
* Experience with AutoCAD, Flow, Causeway PDS, and Microsoft Office.
* Proven track record managing projects and, ideally, teams.
* Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
