Our client are seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to work oversee projects within the water sector. Working away will be required as part of the role. Previous water sector experience is essential Job Outline: Manage all on-site operations and civil engineering activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery in line with industry and regulatory standards. Lead the preparation and execution of key project documentation, including RAMS, contracts, and schedules. Coordinate plant, materials, and workforce with the Project Manager to meet programme requirements. Monitor progress, budgets, and milestones; conduct quality inspections and drive corrective actions as needed. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and contractual requirements (NEC3/NEC4). Identify and mitigate project risks, while maintaining clear, responsive communication with stakeholders on changes and early warnings. Successful candidates will have to be open to working away from home as the projects demand. Candidate: Demonstrated experience within the water/wastewater industry. In-depth understanding of CDM 2015 regulations and Principal Contractor responsibilities. CSCS Managers Card, (NVQ Lv.6), SMSTS. EUSR Water Hygiene, CPCS Slinger/Signaller, Lift Supervision – Desired. NEC 3 & 4 Contract Experience Computer literate and competent with Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing diverse project stakeholders. Demonstrated Leadership & Organisational abilities.
