Job Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations within the restaurant, which caters for 40–50 covers.
* Assist with front‑of‑house duties, including welcoming guests, checking in and out residents, and ensuring excellent customer service.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in the restaurant and communal areas.
* Support the team in delivering a seamless dining experience, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
* Assist with staff training and development to uphold service standards.
* Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimise restaurant flow.
* Contribute to the smooth running of the hotel's reception and accommodation services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in Food & Beverage supervision or management within a busy hospitality environment.
* Hands‑on approach with a "can‑do" attitude and a flexible, "jack of all trades" mindset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
* Experience with front‑of‑house operations, including guest check‑in/out procedures.
* Relevant certifications such as Level 2 or 3 Food Hygiene are desirable.
* A proactive team player with the ability to motivate and support colleagues.
