What You’ll Do: Achieve virtual sales results through elevated customer engagement, Build and maintain repeat clientele by inspiring customers with developing continually your knowledge of current trends and styling techniques, Drive virtual sales results from store level by utilizing clientele app and all available tools and technology, Perform operational tasks with excellence, Assure entire meaningful virtual customer experience including post-purchase processes: preparing product for sending, packing, etc Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment. Collaborate with management to create innovative ways to maximize personal sales results. You’ll Need to Have: Confidence in delivering exceptional virtual customer experience, Ability to resolve all client problems quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction. Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention of detail and accuracy. Understanding of virtual sales targets and expectations, Comfortable with working on the phone and with WhatsApp, Creativity and skills to create digital content to share with customers. Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Able to work on different tasks easily – multitasking, English Language.
