Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Admin Team Leader to join a well-established organisation in Liverpool, offering a competitive salary of £40K - £45K. * Guide, mentor, and support the HR team to ensure all members are empowered to deliver exceptional service across the organisation.

* Collaborate closely with department heads to understand workforce needs and provide tailored HR solutions that promote organisational growth.
* Facilitate open communication channels within the team to encourage sharing of ideas, feedback, and best practices for continuous improvement.

* Manage sensitive employee issues with compassion and discretion while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
