ROLE: Recruitment Consultant (Graduates or Sales Experience)
LOCATION: Warrington, Hybrid

TECHNE is growing.
We’re expanding our Recruitment Consultant team across both Permanent (Retained / C-Suite focused model) and Contract markets, supporting some of the most advanced engineering companies in Defence, Robotics, Aerospace, Space, and Future Mobility.
We partner with engineering-led organisations across Europe and the USA, including high-growth startups, unicorn businesses, and globally recognised brands. Many are scaling rapidly, where we support multiple teams through critical growth phases and large-scale hiring programmes.

* Multiple active hiring programmes ranging from 20 to 60 hires across a range of clients

* Delivery cycles averaging 4 to 6 weeks

You join a live market with active retained projects and immediate delivery opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment across live engineering projects
* Engaging specialist engineering and commercial talent
* Working closely with clients on structured hiring plans
* Delivering across high-growth technical markets
Who we’re looking for:
* 12+ months experience in recruitment or sales, or a degree graduate looking to build a career in recruitment
* Competitive mindset and strong work ethic
* Financial motivation and drive to progress
* Results-focused attitude
* Strong communication skills
* Interest in advanced technology, engineering, and future industries
