About The Role Take a look at our short film to recognise the remarkable work that our Vets, Nurses, Care Assistants and Receptionists do on the front line every day in the UK: Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include Managing the Receptionist team, including training and providing support and guidance Creating and managing the team rota Supporting with Recruitment and liaising with the internal recruitment team Additional Day-to-day Duties Of The Role Will Include Answering phones and booking appointments Responding to queries via phone, in person and email Registering new clients Completing insurance forms Dispensing medications Taking payments And most importantly; providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the practice What We're Looking For In Our Veterinary Head Receptionist Previous Receptionist experience is essential, veterinary experience is a plus!
