Job Description
3. Manage the organisation's tax compliance, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and deadlines.
4. Prepare and review tax returns and liaise with external tax advisors as needed.
5. Provide strategic tax planning and advice to optimise the organisation's tax position.
6. Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.
7. Ensure accurate tax reporting and resolve any tax-related issues or queries.
8. Collaborate with internal departments to improve tax processes and efficiencies.
9. Support the finance team with tax-related audits and reviews.
10. Deliver training and updates to internal stakeholders on tax matters.
11. Manage corporate tax.
12. Lead on pricing and tax reporting

The Successful Applicant
A successful Tax Manager should have:
15. A professional qualification in accounting or tax (e.g., CTA).
16. Proven expertise in managing tax compliance and providing strategic tax advice.
17. Experience working within the not-for-profit sector or similar industries.
18. A strong understanding of UK tax regulations and legislation.
