We are recruiting for a Payroll Advisor on an initial fixed term contract until 31st March 2027
Reporting to the Payroll and Pensions Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of payroll to 14000 staff.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for running and dealing with queries for the monthly payrolls for all businesses within the Group. You will provide a professional and efficient service for all group companies and employees in line with the Groups policies and procedures and government legislation. In addition, you will assist in the preparation and processing of all monthly payrolls ensuring all data is checked and processed accurately, ensuring statutory compliance of all payments on to the payrolls system in line with SLA's.
This role offers hybrid working options (2 days a week in the office).

The ideal candidate will have
1. Experience in a similar role,
2. Knowledge of statutory legislation for payroll & pensions
3. Working in a high volume transactional service
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft office in particular Excel,
5. A track record of dealing with customers.
