ABOUT THE JOB
As Talent Agent for a global entertainment agency, you'll be working directly signing up influencers & digital creators for the agency's ever-growing roster. You'll be utilising your passion for entertainment & talent management together with your commercial skills to successfully negotiate partnerships and contracts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and grow a roster of varied digital talent/creators & broadcast first talent
* Proactively identify and outreach new and up-coming creators to join your roster
* Utilise social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) to reach potential new talent and creators
* Create 3/6/12 month strategies in order to develop the talent personal brands
* Negotiate and secure brand partnerships for your roster
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
* 3+ years’ experience within talent management
* Exceptional knowledge of the creator economy & wider entertainment landscape
* Proven success at securing high-figure partnerships
