Role
As Deputy Headteacher - Student Services, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing our pastoral systems, ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive. You will:
* Lead on behaviour, safeguarding (deputy DSL), and student welfare.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve attendance and engagement.
* Work closely with staff, students, and families to create a safe, inclusive, and aspirational school culture.
* Drive forward initiatives that support mental health, wellbeing, and personal development.
* Be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the school.

* Has experience in safeguarding and child protection at a senior level.
* Possesses the resilience, creativity, and ambition to help drive rapid school improvement.
