About the Role
As a Joint Clinical Facilitator, you’ll provide educational support to undergraduate nursing students from the University of Newcastle and University of New England during their hospital placements. You’ll also support hospital staff to foster ongoing clinical learning and professional growth.
In this role, you will:
* Coordinate, deliver, and evaluate clinical education programs.
* Facilitate student learning through hands‑on guidance, check‑ins, and debriefs.
* Collaborate closely with Clinical Nurse Educators, Nursing Managers, and university partners.
* Promote a culture of professional growth, clinical excellence, and compassionate care.
