What we are looking for:
* Assessing and Training Qualification at Level 3 or above (e.g., CiLD)
* Experience in teaching, coaching, assessing, and/or presenting to adult groups
* Passionate, adaptable, and engaging individuals
* Own a car with insurance for business use (mileage paid) or have access to suitable transport
* An enhanced DBS check is required for this role
About the Role:
* Deliver training courses and assessments to a professional and consistent standard
* Maintain professional competence in line with organisational requirements
* Handle building security, venue opening/closing, and lone working
* Collaborate with staff, casual workers, and volunteers to ensure high standards
* Pilot new training initiatives as needed
* Complete and submit course documentation accurately and promptly
