LHH is working with a fast-growing provider of software solutions to the insurance market, supporting clients across the London Market and delegated authority space. We're looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Account Manager to join their Customer Success team.
About the Role
As a key member of the Customer Success function, you’ll be responsible for managing long-term client relationships, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction, and driving commercial growth through renewals and upsells. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximise value from the platform and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead client meetings, including monthly 1:1s and quarterly business reviews
* Deliver tailored product demos and support onboarding and training
* Monitor client engagement and adoption, identifying opportunities for optimisation
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution
* Capture and relay client feedback to influence product roadmap
* Maintain accurate records and account plans in CRM (HubSpot)
* Represent the brand at user groups and industry sessions
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in the insurance industry or in businesses that sell into the insurance sector
* Strong background in customer success, account management, or client services
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
* Confident presenting and facilitating client workshops or demos
* Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware
