* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years - essential
* Experience working within an early years or childcare setting
* A good understanding of the EYFS framework

Key Responsibilities
* Support and deliver child-led activities and experiences in line with the EYFS framework
* Act as a key person for an allocated group of children, building warm and consistent relationships
* Observe, assess and document children's learning and development accurately
* Support children's individual needs, interests and next steps in a nurturing and thoughtful way
* Help maintain a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment throughout the setting
* Communicate positively and openly with parents and families on a daily basis
* Work as part of a supportive team to uphold the nursery's high standards of care
