Benefits • Training and development for career progression • Great pension scheme • Company discounts Panel Beater Role • Replacing and repairing panels, including straightening and filling • Performing body alignment • Welding and bonding • Filler work, dent removal, and pin pulling • Ensuring vehicles are thoroughly examined and reporting findings (oral and/or written), with emphasis on customer safety and satisfaction • Working in a manner that minimises lost, non revenue, and/or diversionary time, accurately recording all such time • Keeping work areas clean, tidy, well organised, and safe—in full compliance with Health and Safety standards Panel Beater Requirements • Previous experience in panel repair/replacement in a bodyshop setting, with completion of a panel technician apprenticeship (or equivalent) • Ability to carry out major repairs • Demonstrate a positive, “right-first time” attitude • a strong team player • Ability to work to a very high standard, with precision and attention to detail How to Apply If you have any further questions, then please submit your application so we can discuss through the opportunity and your CV.
