Our client, a global leader in manufacturing and technology, is seeking an experienced Network Analyst and Support Engineer to join our European Network Services Team on an agency basis.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic, collaborative, and globally distributed team. You'll play a vital role in maintaining and supporting network services across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East (EAME) — and beyond when required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2/3 remote network helpdesk support for our client's EAME-based facilities, including factories, offices, and warehouses.
Support LAN / WLAN / WAN infrastructure through incident resolution, change implementation, and request fulfilment.
Participate in small - scale LAN design projects and assist in delivering infrastructure upgrades and enhancements.
